Spooky snack contest

We are happy to announce this year we will be running our first Spooky Snack Contest!

So get out your mixing bowls and create a Halloween treat for a chance to win some spookylisiously good prizes

- Rules-

To enter, make a homemade spooky snack and take a photo. You can make just one item or even a set of items, but just one photo. Fill in the form below with your detail and attach a photo of your entry. You may enter a cake, cookies, desserts, sweet or savory, tiny or giant, something gooey, something crunchy even something that looks gross; just make sure it is edible.

You get to eat the spooky snack yourself, or share it with friends and family. As much as we would love to try all the spooky entries, we are sorry to say that we just don’t get to do that. We ask that the creations are not handed out to treaters as it goes against the food and safety rules. If entering in the professional category and have a food safe kitchen, this can follow different rules. We would love for businesses to be able to sell their spooky snack during the month of October, we in fact will let people know where they can go to try them. If we have a few businesses that do this we might even offer a ‘people choice’ award, where you can vote for your favorite professional spooky snack.

We are only accepting entries from our local area, you must live in the Sale, Victoria area (This includes postcodes 3850 and 3851)

All entries will be judged by our local sponsor and well loved cake maker ‘Ash’ known for Ash’s Edible Artworks. Check out her page here. And we thank her for her wonder support over the years.

Entries will be displayed in the gallery section so you can see all the creations.
